  1. If you’re not an event presenter with Yapsody, Sign-Up to access our dashboard to create your General Admission events.
  2. After signing up or logging in, click on the “Create Event” tab that is located on the top left of our dashboard between the Account name and Search bar.
  3. After clicking on Create Event, choose General Admission. 
  4. Click on ‘Add Performances’, to add single or multiple performances, which you can later cancel, unpublish or delete due if required
  5. Enable ticket types on a General Admission section-by-section and performance-by-performance basis.
  6. After you’ve finished creating your General Admission Event, you can sell tickets from your Online Ticket Store for multiple events.

  1. Under your Account name drop-down, go to “Settings” and select the option YAppSurvey.
  2. Select the option ‘Questionnaire Builder’ displayed on the left side of the screen to build a survey for your customers. 
  3. You will get a pop-up window to create your surveys. Add a title to your survey and click on ‘Save’.
  4. Select the questions from the left-hand side and add questions by dragging them on the right-hand side or by using the attach option.
  5. Once, you have added all the questions for your survey. You will have an option to set logic to your survey.

  • Online Ticket Store: Your online store is a subdomain where all your events are listed. It is visited by audiences to check new & upcoming events being hosted at your venue and buy e-tickets. To start selling event tickets here, you need to set up a payment gateway on your Yapsody dashboard.
  • Virtual Box-Office:  You can directly sell tickets from your Virtual Box Office at the venue by setting up payment options such as Cash, Complimentary, Combined Payment Method, etc. It makes it easier for your audience to directly walk up to the venue at your Box office to buy tickets.

  • Considering the competitive event market and to avoid a toll on the event presenter’s pocket, we have a feature of Passing on the Yapsody Fees to the ticket purchaser.
  • It just means letting your ticket purchasers pay Yapsody Fees for their tickets along with your event ticket price and to cover the transaction processing fees.
  • The complete amount i.e. (Your Ticket Price + Yapsody Fee + Payment Processing Fee = Total Ticket Price) will be deposited to your payment gateway account. We do not deduct our share (Yapsody fees) and transfer the complete amount to your payment gateway account.
