What happens if I qualify for a higher Loyalty Tier mid-year?

 If you qualify for a higher Loyalty Tier mid-year, congratulations! Your tier upgrade will apply from January the following calendar year.

Do ticket sales from past years count towards qualifying for a higher Loyalty Tier?

No, ticket sales from past years do not count toward qualifying for a higher Loyalty Tier. Each tier qualification is based solely on ticket sales within the current calendar year (January to December). However, once you qualify for a higher tier, your upgraded benefits will apply for the following calendar year.

What if I don't meet the ticket sales threshold for my current Loyalty Tier?

 If you do not meet the ticket sales threshold for your current Loyalty Tier by the end of the calendar year, you will remain in your current tier for the following year. However, you will have the opportunity to qualify for a higher tier in the upcoming year based on your ticket sales performance.
