Viewing Detailed Reports Of Your Event Revenue

With Yapsody, you have 24/7 access to your event-related data and reports. It’s highly recommended to stay updated with real-time stats of your inventory, sales, receivables and accounting statistics. By viewing detailed reports of your event revenue, you can strategize better to drive ticket sales.

Two Types of Reports For Viewing Event Revenue

1. The Cash Flow Reconciliation (User Report)

This report gives you a view of the revenue generated by different users in your account. Once you log in, in your box office module, hover your mouse over your presenter name on the top left corner of the screen. In the menu that appears, select the ‘Global’ report.

 Select the ‘Cash Flow Reconciliation – by User’ from the drop-down.

First, you get to view the total revenue, followed by revenue generated by each user and then the revenue generated by your online sales.

 2. The Cash Flow Reconciliation (Location Report)

This report gives you a detailed view of how much revenue was generated through ‘Box-Office’ and through your ‘Online Ticket Store’. To view this report hover over your presenter name on the top left corner of the screen. In the menu that appears, select the ‘Global’ report.

Select the ‘Cash Flow Reconciliation – by Location’ from the drop-down.

This report gives bifurcated details of the revenue that was generated in the Box Office and through the Online Ticket Store.
