Integrating SixPay For Accepting Payments
As an event presenter on Yapsody, you have the option to collect your ticket revenue through multiple payment gateways specific to your country. Following these steps will help you obtain your SixPay payment gateway credentials and integrate it on Yapsody. These credentials will be used to enable online Credit/Debit card sales for your tickets online on your Yapsody Online interface.
Steps To Integrate SixPay For Accepting Payments
1. Obtain Your Merchant Details
Before integrating SixPay as your payment gateway on Yapsody, please obtain these details mentioned below.
- eMerchant ID
- Validation Code
- Template ID
Your eMerchant ID, Validation Code, and Template ID can be found in your welcome email. If you no longer have your welcome email, you can contact SixPay Support. SixPay is only available for presenters who are based out of the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Isle of Man and wish to process payments in GBP.
2. Go To Settings
After you’ve obtained your merchant details, login to Yapsody and click on “Settings” from the drop-down list in your account.
Click on “Accept Payments.”
3. Add Payment Method
Click on “Add Payment Method” at the top right or “Configure” right next to Credit Card.
Now select the payment method as “SixPay” from the List.
You can also enable the payment option for both the box office and the online ticket store. Now enter the eMerchant ID, Validation Code and Template ID in their respective fields and click “Add” at the bottom of the pop-up to ensure they are saved.
