Creating Events Under Test Mode
On our event ticketing platform, you can augment your event creation experience before going LIVE. With our Test Mode, you can familiarize yourself with the setup process and test all the events you create. Sample events are created by default post-signing up with Yapsody. You can edit the sample events, add your event details and check the entire flow of our system.
Steps to Create Events Under Test Mode
1. Go to Settings
Click on your account name displayed in the top left-hand corner and select ‘Settings’ from the available options.
2. Enable Test Mode
You will be displayed the Account Settings of your account. Scroll down to enable/disable test mode. Select the option ‘Use Test Mode for account’ and click on ‘Save’.
3. Select Box Office
Click on your account name displayed in the top left-hand corner and select ‘Box Office’ from the available options.
You will be displayed a message ‘Your account is currently in Test mode’ at the top.
4. Check and Edit Events
You will be displayed the sample events for General Admission and Reserve Seating. You can edit the events and check the booking flow and view various reports like Attendee List, Seating Manifest, Scan Count report, etc. to check the test transactions performed by you.
5. Check Sample Events Using Subdomain
You can also check the sample events on your Online Store using the Subdomain created by you.
