Adding A Venue Seating Chart For Section Mapping

Yapsody provides you with an option to upload your own Seating Chart image of the Venue. The sections created by you can be mapped to the image uploaded by you for ticket buying convenience.

Steps to Add a Venue Seating Chart For Section Mapping

1. Go to the ‘Seating Tab’  

Click on the Seating Tab where you’ll see options like Manage Sections and Seating Chart. Click on the option ‘Seating Chart’.

2. Upload Your Venue Seating Chart

You will find the option to add your seating chart image on the left side with all the sections created by you. Clicking on the option ‘Background Image’ will open a pop-up window to select the image you want to upload as your venue seating chart.

You will have to crop the image by clicking on the ‘Crop Image’ button at the bottom. The image will be uploaded and displayed to you in the center.

3. Map Your Sections 

After uploading your seating chart, you can map the sections displayed on the left side. Click on the sections and map the same with the image and click on ‘Save’ at the bottom.

Your ticket buyers will be able to view only the seating chart uploaded by you online and not your sections. After clicking on their desired seats or sections, they will be directed to book your event tickets online.
