Providing Ticket Refund From Your Box Office

On the off chance, your event got canceled at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, you have the option of providing your event attendees a refund for their tickets from the Box Office

Steps to Provide Ticket Refund through Two Different Options 

1. Using Transaction Number 

You can provide ticket refunds by searching the Customer name and Transaction number directly on the main page.

Clicking on transaction number will redirect you to “Transaction Report”. You will see all the tickets purchased for that particular transaction. You will have a “Check Box” besides all the tickets. Kindly check the ticket you want to refund.

Click on the “Refund” button and the ticket amount will be refunded to the customers.

2. Using the Event Sales Summary Report

Go to the Event Sales Summary Report where you will see a button ‘View Inventory Sales Report’ to view all the Event Transactions.

Locate the transaction you want to refund the tickets using the different search options available.

After locating the transaction, click on the transaction number and you will be re-directed to the “Transaction report”.

Click on the “Refund” button and the ticket amount will be refunded to the customers.
