Using The Point of Sale App (POS) On iOS

With our Point of Sale app for iOS, turn your iPad into a mobile Box Office. It lets your event presenters issue tickets directly from your venue while your devices sync with our server for real-time ticket availability. Large buttons and a single screen view allow for quicker transaction processing to handle large ticket buyer volume with minimized wait times.

Steps for Using the Point of Sale (POS) App

1. Install Yapsody POS

Search for Yapsody POS in the App Store and install our app for free.

2. Log In To Your Yapsody Account

Open the app and enter your credentials to log in to your Yapsody account.


3. Select Your Event

Once, you log in to your account, the event will be displayed with the performance. Select the Event.

4. Select Ticket Types

You’ll find the event details with different ticket types. Click on the ticket types which you need to purchase. The selected tickets will be added to the shopping cart with the total amount to be paid.

5. Select Payment Method

Click on the total amount displayed at the bottom to select the payment method and enter the ticket buyer’s details.

Select the preferred payment method for the ticket buyer and enter their details.

You can email or print the receipt and tickets as per your preference.
