Placing Seats On Hold For A Reserved Seating Event

In a reserved seating event, a tailor-made approach through multiple ticket types will satisfy your diverse attendee personas looking for a premium experience. Through our event ticketing system, you have an option to hold seats for a reserved seating event. These seats can be booked by you before the event happens. 

Steps To Place Seats On Hold For A Reserved Seating Event

1. Edit Your Event

Start by editing your event and finding the ‘Hold Management’ option in the Event Wizard.

2. Add Holds 

You will see the list of Sections created by you. Click on ‘Add Hold’ to create Hold Categories.

You will get a pop-up window to add Hold Category. Enter a Name for the Hold Category and assign a Hold Code to recognize the different types of Hold categories assigned.

3. Select Seats To Place on Hold

The categories will be now be displayed beside the ‘Add Hold’ button. You can choose to hold a particular seat, entire row or entire section. Select the hold category and select the seats which you need to put on hold.
