Adding A New Location For Your Event

We firmly believe that your venue and location play a big part in your event success, both before and after. With Yapsody, you can add new locations for an event or multiple locations for multiple events to be displayed on your Online Ticket Store

Steps For Adding A New Location For Your Event

1. Using Account Settings

Select the “Settings” option on the main page after logging into Yapsody and click on the “Locations” tab.

After clicking on Location you will get an option to “Add Location”. You can add multiple locations for multiple Events after clicking on the option “Add Location”.

You will see options to enter the name of the location, address and to select the time zone of the location.

Select the checkbox below the map if you want the map to be displayed on your online ticket store. Fill in the details and click on the “Add” button at the bottom.

Save Location as Venue 

2. While Event Creation

Go to the Event Setup/Edit module. Click on the “Edit” option under the Event Info tab.

You will see a tab for ” Venue Location”. Clicking on Venue location gives you an option to select the location earlier added while setting the Account, Web Event & to Add a Location. 

Add A Location

Click on the option “Add a Location” to add the location. You will find options to enter the name of the location, address and select the time zone of the location. Select the checkbox below the map if you want the map to be displayed on your online store.

Save Location

You will need to fill the details and click on the “Add” button at the bottom.
