How To Use Gift Cards Against Ticket Refunds & Cancellations

Add Gift Card Details

  • Add your Gift Card as a payment method on your dashboard.
  • Enter your Gift Card Name and payment instructions.

Configure Your Gift Card

  • Configure your Gift Card according to your requirements.
  • Enable the Gift Card feature for the Box Office. 

Auto-Generate Your Gift Card

  • Select those transactions that need a Gift Card.  
  • Auto-generate a unique 16-digit Gift Card by entering attendee details.

Issue Gift Cards

  • On your gift-card dashboard, deliver the auto-generated gift cards to an email ID.
  • Gift Card can also be printed out through the “Print/Email” button.

  1. As an Event Presenter, you have to add “Gift Card” as a Payment Method.
  2. You can initiate the refund using a Gift Card as a Payment Method. 
  3. The Gift Card will be equivalent to the ticket amount and can be availed by your ticket buyers at the same venue in the future.

Presenters can only refund the amount as per the amount populated in the refund pop-up and cannot refund more or less than that amount.

  1. Currently, you can issue Gift Cards based on the number of canceled events an attendee is applicable to receive ticket refunds for.
  2. However, in our future updates, we will allow more Gift Cards that can be issued.

The Gift Cards can be authenticated and redeemed by your customer’s booking tickets at your venue only.

The Gift Card feature comes at a nominal fee on our platform.
