Setting up your online ticket store is simple, and with a little effort, it can make a huge impact on your ticket sales. Your Yapsody Online Ticket Store can be customized to look really sharp! In this blog we will share some tips for beautifying your Online Ticket Store.
Logo and Title Text
Your logo or banner can be displayed in the header of all pages of your Online Ticket Store. While uploading your logo/banner image, you can even customize it in real time using Yapsody’s image editor to give it the look and feel you want. You can upload image files of up to 2MB, but we advise using smaller files in order to speed up page load time for your customers. If you do not have a logo, you also have the option to customize your header with text. Alternatively, if you decide to leave the logo field empty, your account name will appear in your Online Ticket Store header by default.
Themes and Backgrounds
Customizing your background on Yapsody is a lot like customizing your Twitter page. You can upload one large image to take up the entire background, or a smaller image can be tiled throughout the page. You can also align your background image to the left, right, or center of the page. If you choose not to upload a background image, there are various palettes which you can use to customize the look and feel of your Online Ticket Store. Yapsody also lets you add your Facebook, Twitter and other website links to the Online Ticket Store.
Images and YouTube videos can be added to your Online Ticket Store event pages by going to the ‘Webpage’ add-on in the event setup wizard. The added images and videos will appear as thumbnails in the event details pages which your customers can click on to expand. Event specific website links can also be added to the event details page.
Using these tips will help you to create an awesome Online Ticket Store for your events. Hope you like this blog and suggestions. Please feel free to share your comments and feedback. We would also love to hear some of your own tips and experiences that we could share in future blogs.
