ABOUT BANDA MACHOS

The regional Mexican band from Villa Corona, Banda Macho specializes in the Technobanda genre. The all-male band has been together for over 20 years and has recorded more than 20 albums. Often peaking the charts, the group made their debut with 1990's “Serían las Dos:. Their breakthrough came after issuing 1992's “Con Sangre de Indio,” which peaked at 16 on the Mexican Regional Albums chart. The song received international airplay and provided the group with the profile necessary to tour and ultimately draw large crowds across Mexico and into the United States. Since 2006, the group's touring schedule has been non-stop; playing all over Mexico and the U.S., as well as in major European music festivals.
